Welcome to your vacation on the Baltic Sea! This well-maintained vacation apartment on the 7th floor of Building An in the Heiligenhafen Vacation Park offers 45 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 people. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the inland lake—ideal for relaxing.
The apartment features a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. Laminate flooring and Wi-Fi are included.
The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a compact shower stall.
Pets are not allowed. An elevator serves every floor; there are several shared bicycle storage rooms; the beach is about 300 m away; and free parking is available behind the building. Ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation at the Heiligenhafen Vacation Park.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.The property management has already commissioned a specialized engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps becomes available, it will be announced accordingly.
