Newly renovated vacation apartment on the top floor in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Gstadt. The view of the mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. The picturesque Lake Chiemsee is just a few minutes’ walk away. A bakery, post office, and shopping options, as well as boat and bike rentals, are all within walking distance. The public swimming area and the boat dock are also just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in 2020, featuring new bathrooms, a new built-in kitchen with appliances, and is fully tiled with high-quality Italian wood-look tiles. The apartment features sloped ceilings, which create a very cozy atmosphere. The roof was insulated in 2020 to the latest standards and therefore maintains a comfortable temperature year-round.We’re also happy to provide recommendations for day trips, restaurants, and motorcycle routes.
