About this apartment rental
This cozy vacation rental for 2 people and a baby is located on the first floor and offers approximately 53 m² of living space. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, satellite TV, and a stereo system. The dining area seats up to 4 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a ceramic stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.
The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). A travel crib and a high chair are available for the baby. Fly screens and blinds provide additional comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
You can enjoy the outdoors on the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture. A parking space is located right next to the house. There is a lockable bike shed for your bicycles. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome upon request.
A washer and dryer are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free.

For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that for the period from June through September, bookings must be made for as continuous a period as possible.
For bookings with pets, we charge the applicable pet fee per pet as well as an additional cleaning fee.
If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, these can be added to the reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.
The visitor’s tax is based on Prerow’s current regulations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
