About this apartment rental
Sunny, tastefully furnished vacation apartment with wood-look PVC flooring and great attention to detail, located on the 9th floor.
The balcony faces south with a view of the inland lake.
Living room with a gray-mottled corner couch, TV, radio with CD and MP3 player.
Sleeping area with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, separated from the living area by a curtain.
The cheerful children’s room is furnished with a 90 x 200 cm bunk bed.
The kitchen features a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Modernly renovated bathroom with a shower stall and toilet. Non-smoking.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know your preferences after completing the booking so that we can bill you accordingly and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached via the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
—swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
—water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

The rehab center, located 300 meters away, the local spa physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
