In this 45-square-meter vacation apartment, which is fully equipped with laminate flooring, you and your whole family will feel right at home!
Your 3-room vacation home welcomes you in the entryway with a coat rack and a 5-door closet featuring a large mirror. Here, all guests will find plenty of space for their suitcases and travel bags.
From the hallway, you’ll find the en suite shower room, which stands out thanks to its modern stone mosaic design. A towel warmer, a shower with a shower door, a large sink with a vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer round out the amenities.
From the hallway, you can also access the separate master bedroom with a cozy double bed (160 cm × 200 cm / twin mattresses) and a linen chest.
In the living area, a comfortable L-shaped couch provides space for cozy evenings. For your entertainment, a 55-inch smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Wi-Fi, a compact stereo system, and books are available.
The L-shaped kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of cooking utensils.
The large dining table by the window offers space for shared meals, planning the next day of your vacation, and lively conversations.
In the children’s bedroom, young Baltic Sea vacationers can sleep on either the top or bottom bunk of the loft bed (90 cm × 200 cm) to enjoy peaceful nights during their vacation.
Curtains on all windows ensure privacy.
From the furnished balcony, you can look out onto the well-maintained courtyard of the vacation complex.
All guests receive a gate pass and a corresponding parking permit for private parking space No. 5.
A separate, lockable room is available free of charge for your bicycles!

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
