About this house rental
In a central yet quiet location in the heart of Prerow on the Darß peninsula, this cozy thatched-roof house with a spacious garden invites you to enjoy a vacation and relax with family and friends.
The Surroundings
The half of the house is located on a quiet side street near the Baltic Sea; the supermarket with a bakery, the smoked fish shop, other shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the movie theater and bike rental, are all within easy walking distance.
The vacation home (right side of the duplex)
The 155 square meters of living space are spread across three floors, offering plenty of quiet nooks.
On the first floor is an open, spacious, light-filled living/dining area: a corner sofa with a coffee table and a reading chair, a TV area, and a fireplace. A 235 x 95 cm dining table with seating for 10 and a view of the greenery.
Adjacent to this is the cozy kitchen, featuring a seating area for 3 people and a kitchenette: dishes and cutlery for 10 people, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.
The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a closet. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The upper floor features another bathroom (new in Dec. 2023) with a large corner bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, as well as three additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel crib for a baby or toddler can be set up in any of these bedrooms. The vacation home is equipped with a travel crib and two high chairs.
The attic features an open loft with two single beds (2 x 90 cm).
For the children, there is children’s tableware and cutlery, two high chairs, an IKEA toddler high chair, a travel crib, a potty, and a diaper pail. In the garden, there is a playhouse with a sandbox and a swing.
The garden
From the living/dining area, you can step out into the large, quiet, idyllically landscaped garden with a view of a small wooded area. The beautiful terrace is perfect for leisurely breakfasts and relaxation. The garden grill—located at a safe distance from the thatched roof—is ideal for barbecue evenings with family or friends. For younger guests, there is a play area with a playhouse, a swing, and a sandbox. Additional amenities: dining tables with garden chairs, lounge chairs.

Four parking spaces are available on the property.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Draußen sind schöne Sitzplätze. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.
Zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit.
Die Ladesäule für das E-Auto befindet sich in der Nähe. Sie ist schnell zu erreichen.

Die Haushälfte 1b läßt in der Ausrüstung und Raumanzahl keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und zeitweise 3 Kindern wunderbar untergebracht Die Lage ist zentral und der EDEKA 100m entfernt. Der Weg zur Ostsee schnell gemeistert. Die Küche ist toll ausgerüstet. Die Kinder freuten sich auch über den Garten. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sie ist da.
