Cozy vacation rental in a quiet, sunny south-facing location with a magnificent view of Berchtesgaden and the mountain panorama.
The house is located approximately 100 meters above sea level from the center of Berchtesgaden.
Easy access by car with parking directly at the house.
It’s a 10–15-minute walk (750 meters / 100 meters elevation gain) down a well-marked hiking trail to the town center.
The train station is about a 20–25-minute walk (1.2 km / 150h) downhill along the road.
The bathroom in Vacation Rental No. 2 has a window. From the balcony, you have a great view of the surrounding mountain panorama. We’re happy to provide you with a free parking space right in front of the house. A crib and a high chair are available to our guests upon request.

Die Ferienwohnung war rundum ein Blickfang. Die Wohnung war bei der Anreise super sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief vorab und vor Ort sehr gut ab. Auch wenn die Wohnung auf einer steilen Erhöhung liegt, gelang man von dort gerne und schnell in die Innenstadt.
Ich werde sie definitiv weiterempfehlen!
