Welcome to Haus Schmidt in the heart of Berchtesgaden. Our centrally located, ground-floor vacation apartment—measuring 104 square meters, with a private entrance and garage—is situated in the historic center of Berchtesgaden. The apartment stands out for its central location in the historic town center. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, the spa gardens, and various recreational activities are all within a short walking distance. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Our modern apartment, suitable for 2 to 4 people, features a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and a magnificent view of the Kehlstein, as well as a separate, spacious kitchen equipped with a kitchen island, bar stools, and everything you’d expect in a kitchen.The two cozy bedrooms, with handmade box-spring beds, ensure restful nights. The modern, naturally lit bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub, is equipped with towels and a hair dryer.Additional features of the vacation rental: Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. All windows are equipped with electric blinds. Wi-Fi is available via a guest network. The apartment is on the first floor. (From the garage and living area to the bathroom) The living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
Bus, train, and taxi stands are in the immediate vicinity. A doctor’s office and pharmacy are in the neighborhood. Signposted bike and hiking trails. Pedestrian zone and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. Several attractions, e.g., “Haus der Berge”; Obersalzberg Exhibition; Königssee, the salt mine, and much more are just a few minutes’ drive or bus ride away. Unsere Gastwohnung in Berchtesgaden hat uns aufgrund ihrer Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Komfort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Gastgeber waren hilfreich und freundlich. Rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden!

Die Wohnung ist gerade erst komplett neu renoviert worden. Es wurde an alle Details gedacht (Inkl. Kamin). Die Küche ist hochmodern und mit allen Extras ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die City in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter stehen für alle Fragen bereit und helfen wo sie können.
