Just 10 minutes from Brienne-le-Château, 20 minutes from the Forêt d’Orient Lakes, and 30 minutes from Lac du Der and Vitry-le-François, this detached home—with its unique decor blending antique pieces and modern touches—is sure to charm you. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or on a business trip, you’ll enjoy plenty of space and flexible sleeping arrangements tailored to your needs. On the first floor: a spacious living area with a lounge (TV, bookshelf, stereo, children’s games), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom/office featuring a very comfortable sofa bed (140x190 mattress) with access to the bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms (180x200 beds or 2 separate 90x200 beds), two single bedrooms, each with a 90x200 bed, a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, as well as a garage, a laundry room, a bike storage area, a parking area, and an unfenced lawn. Heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay, and the beds will be made upon arrival. Farm tours (mixed farming: grains, beets, potatoes, etc.) are available upon request from the owners.

Ce gîte est dans un petit village d'agriculteurs au coeur de la Champagne Crayeuse. La localisation est parfaite: au milieu de rien, mais proche de Brienne le Château (15 minutes) pour courses/restaurant/Musée Napoléon et à 30 minutes de lieux à visiter comme les lacs d'orient et Nigloland... La maison est propre et extrêmement bien équipée avec grande télé internet, pong pong, BBQ et babyfoot. Les propriétaires sont amicaux. Grâce à eux on a pu faire un tour de l'exploitation agricole et ramasser nos propres pommes de terre. Parfait pour un séjour en famille.
