YOUR "BALTIC SEA" VACATION RENTAL: Unwind and recharge on the Baltic Sea beach

Your modern and tastefully furnished 4-room apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor at the beginning of Building 10. You’ll reach the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The apartment has a living area of 70 square meters and spans two floors. It features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is just 250 meters from the Papillon.

You can access the sunny balcony from the living area. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, a recliner, and a dining area that seats 5 people. For your entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a large selection of DVDs and CDs. You can also lose yourself in the numerous books. The interior staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic.

The bright kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The entryway is stylishly furnished with a bench and a coat rack. A small storage room is also available.

In the bedrooms upstairs, you’ll find a double bed in each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) as well as a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and blackout curtains. The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet with a window. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 10. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike storage area or a bike storage room.
