About this house rental
The Leite Häusl is a small vacation home in the Wipptal vacation region and its mountain valleys, located in the mountaineering village of St. Jodok at the entrance to the Schmirn and Valser valleys. It was completely renovated in 2021. In the summer, it’s the perfect starting point for hikes, walks, and (e-)mountain bike tours. The Peter Kofler via ferrata and the multi-pitch routes on the Stafflach Wall are also just a few minutes’ walk away. In winter, it’s ideally situated for ski touring, snowshoeing, and winter hikes. Additionally, the Bergeralm ski area is only about a 10-minute drive away. A free ice-skating rink is also within walking distance.
The Leite Häusl is situated in a secluded location, about a 5-minute walk from the train station in St. Jodok.
A local butcher shop, which carries regional sausage, meat, and cheese specialties as well as everyday groceries, is about a 5-minute walk away. A self-service snack vending machine is about a 2-minute walk away.
Vacation cottage:
The Leite Häusl features 2 double rooms, each with access to a balcony. Every room has a Smart TV with Netflix. One room features a reading nook with a rocking chair and a small library. Plenty of real wood (Swiss stone pine and spruce). Wooden floors and spacious closets. The beds are made from wood that is approximately 500 years old.
The living area features a large sofa that can be used as a sleeping area for a fifth person. The kitchen is fully equipped
A large garden area with a covered terrace, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a carport with a lockable storage room are available.
