De oprit is zeer stijl en nauw en je moet achteruit de helling af. Bij meer auto's moet dit onderling afgestemd worden, het lijkt mij dat dit zeker bij verhuur aan 2 verschillende families problemen oplevert. Er is geen manoevreerruimte omdat ook de weg eronder zeer smal is. Het terras heeft een nare kunstgras mat en er is geen parasol, terwijl het terras bijna de hele middag in de zon ligt. De onderhoudsstatus van het huis, zowel buiten als binnen, is zeer slecht. Alles valt uit elkaar, de ramen en kastjes klemmen, de gordijnen vallen van de kapotte rails of hebben onvoldoende haakjes. Indien er boven een kraan of toilet gebruikt wordt, hoor je beneden enorm lawaai van een pomp of iets dergelijks. De voordeur kan niet op slot waardoor de spullen in de hal eigenlijk niet veilig staan. De handdoeken zijn klein en dun. Het grootste bezwaar echter was de invasie van insecten in het hele huis. Overal op de slaapkamers liepen pissebedden en er was een duizenpoot op een van de kamers. Het allerergste was echter, vooral voor de drie dames in ons gezelschap met arachnafobia, dat er niet alleen heel veel spinnen op de slaapkamers, gang en trappenhuis waren, maar dat deze ook nog eens tot de grootste van hun soort behoorden. Ook buiten wemelde het van de grote spinnen die overal in de kieren van de slecht onderhouden buitenkant zaten. Dit alles heeft onze vakantie en gemoedsrust bedorven. Het huis moet eerst grondig binnen en buiten gerenoveerd worden. Nu is het qua woongenot, onderhoud en hygiene niet de belachelijk hoge huurprijs waard. Wij komen hier niet meer.
