The spa hotel is located not far from the shore of the lake of the same name, at an elevation of nearly 1,000 meters, nestled in the unique hilly and forested landscape of the low mountain range.

Your vacation home is located on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Schluchsee in the heart of the Upper Black Forest. The spa hotel is not far from the shores of the lake of the same name, at an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, nestled in the unique hilly and wooded landscape of the low mountain range.

The approximately 42 m² apartment features
- a combined living and dining room with a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a modern sofa bed (which can be converted into a large bed in just a few simple steps
- a bedroom with a comfortable, large double bed (180x200), a wardrobe
- a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a stove with 2 burners, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic kitchen supplies
- a bathroom with a sink, hair dryer, toilet, and spacious shower (newly renovated in June 2020).
- a hallway
- a balcony that gets sun all year round, complete with balcony furniture and access to the bedroom/living area. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the spa gardens

During your stay, you can expect:
- high-speed internet throughout the apartment (16 Mbit, Fritzbox Wi-Fi)
- 1 large and 1 small towel per person, plus bed linens
- Ample free parking directly in front of the building
- Washing machine and dryer in the building (for a small fee; coin-operated)
- Indoor swimming pool in the building. The newly renovated indoor pool is available to all guests.

The apartment is easily accessible by car via Federal Highway 500 or by train via Freiburg, followed by the Höllental or Drei-Seen-Bahn rail lines. From the Schluchsee train station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the apartment.

In Schluchsee, you’ll find shopping options for your daily needs. Just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away is an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery.
