The apartment complex is not far from the shores of the lake of the same name, at an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, nestled in the unique hilly and wooded landscape of the low mountain range.

- a cozy living and dining room with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) that converts into a comfortable bed, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV.
- an open kitchenette with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, and basic kitchen amenities
- a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
