We failed to get a room and we had already paid. They did not offer anything and it was at night. We were forced to leav

Nothing, we didn’t get the room

They use apartments that are not owned by them and you tend to disturb the residents

Uncomfortable 4 nights

The location was perfect. The security staff were very kind and helpful. The reception, general common areas and outside grounds are well kept.

I’m especially disappointed because the issues at this place could easily be fixed if the host cared to address them. Communication regarding check-in and check-out was unclear, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. The cleanliness was a major issue. The place needed a deep clean—walls were dirty, there were cockroaches, and the cupboards were broken. The bathroom towels were so old that I couldn’t bring myself to use them. The lounge carpet was filthy, as if it had just been picked up off the street. The fan was not only broken but also covered in dust. It was extremely hot, so I had no choice but to use it. However, it only worked when propped against the wall, and when I first turned it on, a lot of dirt fell from it. The kitchen was a decent size, but the utensils weren’t properly cleaned. There was no tablecloth or suitable cleaning detergents. Additionally, there were a lot of empty water bottles. At first, I didn’t understand why they were there, but I later experienced a water outage. However, since the bottles weren’t filled, they weren’t actually useful, which didn’t make much sense. This place was not comfortable at all. I basically only used it to shower and store my luggage. I even had to buy my own towels. Out of my four-night stay, I only managed to sleep for two nights. I would book at this property again, but definitely not with this host.
