Reviews

8 / 10

Convenient location, helpful host, but some amenities need improvement.

The location was convenient because it was close to the shopping center and gym. The host was very accommodative and communicated clearly regarding check-in and check-out.

The apartment lacked some basic amenities, such as ironing facilities and a dishwashing cloth. The pots were also quite small, and one of them did not have a lid. Additionally, the couch was a little worn out. These shortcomings made the stay slightly less comfortable and convenient, as the lack of basic amenities made it difficult to carry out everyday tasks.

4 / 10

Disappointing

I struggled to get an iron because the property didn’t have one available, and the staff took a long time to respond to my requests. I also saw cockroaches inside the property.

4 / 10

The service and facilities in the apartment less than the absolute minimum.

Location

1. There were no towels. They brought it the second day 2. Access card was missing (security had to let me in and out the first day) 3. No additional blanket in the cupboard (or no heater or anything) and it is winter! 4. No soap, shampoo or anything like that 3. Pillow case torn 4. Cutlery etc.: only one spoon and 1 glass, no dishwashing liquid to do any washing-up I have been at the Bolton, the building in which the apartment is, 6 times over the last 2 months, in units of different owners. This one was, by far, the poorest in terms of facilities and service.

location

The MOST USELESS unprofessional . Terrible experience- NEVER EVER go there I made the mistake of going back from a BAD EXPERIENCE a year before - was ever worse- MUSH worse - stay away. The people at reception know NOTHING - dont try - are BAD.Pro ised facilities didn't happen . They canceled a confirmed and paid for booking minutes before check in. did nothing to rectify - only credit - they did agree to cancel and refund
