The staff are amazing! The entertainment is fantastic and the establishment is well maintained. The food is very good and lots of options available.

The Spa was great, beach was amazing, location of the hotel was very good, value for all inclusive was worth it, restaurants were mostly good, rooms were nice, the great majority of the people working there are amazingly kind, fun, attentive and funny.
Wifi was awful (basically unusable most times); the bed was the absolute worst in terms of comfort (it was completely stiff and gave me back pain); it’s one of the few hotels that doesn’t have a shuttle included in the price and if you want it it costs €70; electricity goes off 6-10 times per day in the entire hotel (during dinner, shows, drinks, in the room, middle of the night, everything); activities planned by the activity team are okay, some are great and some are awful - no in between; the bar closes super early (at 18:00) but they even stop the music and doing drinks at 17:45.

It’s very relaxing area. The pool was really clean and the staff was very nice.
WiFi doesn’t work. This is our second time staying here and they will work on it but it’s been not working for over 3 years now.
Also a lot of MOLD in the cafeteria
