Location and the fact we could park our car directly out side the front door of the hotel - for no cost ! but on the river frontage excellent
Pool was green and area not inviting !

The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a short walk to local restaurants and the main river area of Porto. Although small, the outside space was great to sit in the sun and read a book. There are plenty of restaurants within a few mins walk for breakfast if you prefer not to eat at the hotel.
We tried to get a coffee in the morning from the bar/restaurant but they didn't serve any which we thought was strange.

Location for our family visit worked well
No lift was covered by staff but 57 steps to our room became trying . AC plant at bedroom door was unpleasant. Beds not great.
