The price was very attractive, and the room had some great amenities, including a washing machine, a smart TV, and a good Wi-Fi connection. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, although the nearest metro station was a 10–15-minute walk away, which could feel a bit far after a long day of sightseeing. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free.
The room was quite small. Although it was advertised as accommodating up to four people, even with just two of us, we felt a bit cramped. Another downside was that cleaning was only available for stays longer than a week. Since we stayed for five nights, it would have been nice to have the room cleaned and the bedsheets changed at least once during our stay.

Super friendly, we were jetlagged, overslept the check out but they did not make any problem. Comfortable beds, clean, nice bathroom, close to transportation.
Like in most of Osaka you are located above the street so expect to hear some traffic.

It was very clean, a nice quiet place, the roads and sidewalks aren’t very busy which we loved because it can get really busy in nearby places like shinsekai and Dotonbori
If you are a tall person bathtub ceiling might be a little to low for you and I’m 5’10” but that’s about it

It was close to train stations so made it easy to commute to tourist locations.
The laundry is communal and the internet / wifi was terrible.
