Great location for a very fair price. Also the check-in and check-out is very easy with instructions.
I got a room/studio with a futon, there are also beds available.
The available equipment in the room was great to cook or make tea and it was spaceous enough to fit the luggage and still felt compofrably big.
The washing machine was also a nice addition, especially if you are travelling and need to wash your clothes.
Also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area nearby.
I experienced nothing bad at this location. You need to take a walk to the next stations, but it is an acceptable distance.
This is my second time, since I also stayed here the year before.
Last time I booked a room with a bed and I would definitely suggest that to people that usually don't sleep on futons.

Room is compacted with almost everything.
The air conditioner was mold inside and it seem they didn’t have regularly check and clean it; although the contact window has proposed change rooms to have them clean it; but air conditioner actually will required professional cleaning and not just simple cleaning; better check the air conditioner before unpack the luggages.
