It was very quiet, comfortable and conveniently located near the Port D’Orleans metro station. Check-in was quick and friendly. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller.
The shower screen leaked so I had to angle the shower head into the back corner of the cubicle and on the 2nd morning the water wasn’t so hot. The curtains are thin and the street lights could have disturbed me but luckily I brought an eye mask with me.

The rooms is nice and clean - for the price it's a good deal in Paris.
Rooms are not very well noise-insulated, and my room was next to the elevator, so I was worried it was going to be very noisy, but in reality it was ok.

Location was good, few mins walk from metro, silent street
They did not provide company invoice at all. Staff do not speak English, they do not pick up phone calls, they ignored all requests for invoice (emails or booking.com messages).
