The location is good, very quiet neighbourhood. 10 min walking to metro/RER, 3 min walking to bus stop. Pretty close to main tourist attractions, 30-40 min by public transportation.
I was able to leave my luggage before and after check-in, staff were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen is super dirty, I would like to request some cleaning. Room was okay, bathroom was very tiny. Probably all over Paris is the same case.

Comfortable beds , staff did their best.
The building is old and falling apart. The place needs a top to bottom renovation .
