I arrived around 22:00. The person in the reception was nice, yet then it appeared to me that they close the bar at 22:00 although it was full of people, and you have to walk 15 mnutes to get a beer. Why do you guys close a bar in a hotel at 22:00?
The room is good though missing light. It was too dark for me.
teh breakfast by itself is great. They offer you cooked omlette but the 2 girls at the entrance did not care about the guests and we busy talking to each other. it took 20 minutes and 3 reminders to get my omlette. Where is the management?

The hotel is close to the Historical sites, Wawel Castle, Museums and the Old town.
I would definitely be back when in Krakow!!

Location is great, its in a walking distance to the city center, Wawel Castle, Plac Nowy (a place with a lot of restaurants, cafes and small square with potpechenkas). Rooms are very clean and in a really good shape. I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was okay

Staff is the only advantage about this hotel
Room looks like cell , no window ! The door is the only source of light or natural air.
Pillows were kind of joke , huge and uncomfortable!
