Location was excellent. Ways to get from the airport and 10 minute walk to the old town/castle.
Staff very friendly.
Bed was comfortable.
Room was clean and tidy.
No elevator. Difficult if disabled.
TV just buffered, internet was ok, but not good enough to power the TV. Didn’t affect our stay.

Clean hotel in a decent location.
Rooms did not remotely resemble images shown on website, felt like false advertising. Our room was basic, white walls and high ceilings, it just felt clinical with little personality. Also we specifically booked a double however it was just two single beds pushed together and even two single duvets.

Loved my stay at Spatz. Hotel is super cute and old with lots of character. Room was a good size with decent internet for work. Walking distance to everything, the staff is all really young and super friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs. Overall I would stay again if I go back to Krakow.
Beds were slightly hard

Location is great, close to the city with everything nearby.
The room was not so cozy. The lights in the room were so bright you needed sunglasses. Not fit for a romantic getaway.
