Safe, clean and surprisingly quiet given the busy location and the amount of rooms. Room was windowless but very spacious and the bathroom was spotless and very big which was a nice addition. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more. Also, an excellent range of TV channels available. I would definitely stay here again as a cheap, comfortable option right on Xinmending’s doorstep.
No windows made it feel a bit disorientating in the morning or at night but otherwise we didn’t notice.

Very convenient location if you plan to stay in Ximending, NET is also in the building, approx 2-3 minutes walk to Ximen station also. Water pressure in the bathroom is great.
Weird smell in the bathroom even after clean up. Bed not realy that comfortable, it is good if you just want a place to sleep. No windows also.

Location super great, access is easy, close to main attraction
Next door room was having shower at 4AM and the shower sound penetrate my room badly.
No sound insulation at all, cannot sleep after that.
