The capsule was great in itself! There were lockers provided, the check-in guides were easy to follow; I like the bathroom amenities even if it's a shared one because it's maintained and it merely depends on the visitors entirely. The main lobby or common area was a bit small but it was fine.
It's mainly the other visitors who don't know how to use amenities well like flushing, cleaning after their messes. The concept and execution of the capsule were great - it's the people using it that I didn't like to be honest.

Très propre, proche du centre et facile d’accès
Accueil très très agréable avec des explications précises et ce qu’il est possible de voir et faire à Taipei

Location was excellent, in a busy neighborhood and close to the main station.
The capsule lights would not turn off unless you took out the key card. But of done, the AC inside would also turn off. So, either you baked in your capsule, or slept with very bright lights all night. If the lights would turn off it would have been a very interesting experience.
