Location
Pillows, the price I thought for that price the property should be taken more care off.
Just refresh painting, furniture ( especially on the rooftop teracce) On pics it looks like it supposed to be :)
Overall it is not bad, but it’s not for that amount of money. (easy fixable) Will we return? Maybe if location will play a big role.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! It’s a small, charming boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. Whenever we visit Tbilisi, this will definitely be one of our first choices to stay!

Location is really convenient. Not far from all sightseeing places and at the same time well hidden from street sounds
We stayed in the 5th floor under the bar and the terrace (family room). It was loud till the late night and through air conditioning it was permanently smelling cigarets.
