Ok honest review ,I was staying at the very bottom beach unit, for 4 nights, amazing location, private beach,two rooms nice shower ,toilet does the job,sofa air con cold,you will also get a local elephant walks past each day and another one on the corner near the road you can feed for 100bht those little things you can't get in town.staff are super friendly and helpful,rent a bike there also,car into town was about $5-8 aud grab if you use bolt can be half that.all in all a good stay.oh and the curtains are automatic so when the sun rises and your in bed it's pretty special to push a button and see the light over the ocean from bed. that alone is a selling point each morning.
The only negative is the 73 stairs especially if your on the bottom unit,if your not even half fit don't stay unless you get the top room which has about 8 stairs not so bad good view etc

The view from the room is stunning. The sea is beautiful in all the weather. The bed faces the sea so you can see it any time.
Mr. Dave, the staff at the hotel is very nice. He helped me with parking.
Although it's nice to have a hammock, but the hammock is too dirty even to touch, let alone lie down in it.
Please either change it or remove it. It's beyond cleaning and it's an eyesore.
Location is a bit hard to find.

The view was amazing the place had a good vibe
There was no hot water they only fixed it on the last day of my stay. The lady at reception nice lady forgot to tell maintenance to fix it before she went on holiday herself. I saw the funny side of it though so no hard feelings.

Beautiful private beach and quite property
No food until after 10am and only then it was from neighbouring hotel. TV didn’t work. Bath on balcony also didn’t work (main reason for booking this place). Far from any other food.
