Beautiful scenery, nice clean rooms beautiful pool was amazing staying here , staff were professional, Friendly and helpful , special mention to the staff at Italian restaurant they made us feel like VIP and the food was exceptional
As we were on half board when I asked for a particular drink on one occasion at merchant kitchen I was told because we’re on half board that I could not have it and that I would have to pay for it which was fine and the pillows are not the same as what I remember them to be they’re not very soft. I found them quite hard and could not sleep on them.

Big spacious property with great facilities.
Honeymoon trip, and they gave us two single beds pushed together which usually isn't an issue. But this time they were to middle lamps in the middle meaning we couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed for safety reasons. (Bear in mind we booked a king bed on the "elite floor.") The staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Had 3 encounters with 3 separate staff that made the trip slightly unpleasant. We went on a honeymoon trip and stayed in top hotels in Bali and Phuket and found the staffs willingness to help and general mood was far off radisson in Uluwatu, royal pita maha in Ubud) Was also put in contact with a Marriott bonvoy agent as I was interested in joining. But this trip has made me unlikely to consider it
