Even though the hotel is far away from downtown, maybe a ten min drive, the surroundings are very peaceful, and green. My fav tings about the hotel was the access to the kitchen! There are not any restaurants close by, so being able to make some quick snacks was a life saver!
The staff could be trained to be more welcoming, and to provide warmer hospitality.

"Excellent location to get an early start to the Humantay Lake. Comfortable beds and nice big room. Staff was very helpful and nice. They source a lot of fresh stuff from their garden."
