Neat and clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and the house itself is cozy and well-maintained. The à la carte breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were polite and ready to help. Private parking spaces are available a 5-minute walk from the house (though they are not that easy to find). A good place to stay for exploring Canterbury. The house is located next to a busy road, but our rooms were on the 3rd floor, so the noise didn't bother us at all.

Great location for Canterbury & locality.
Breakfast very good, staff helpful & friendly.

Absolutely lovely and very hospitable stuff! They went out of their way to let me keep my things stored and so on, were wery helpful. The hotel is nicely located close to the center, all walkable. My room was also very quite. Breakfast was amazing. Facility in the room freshly renovated, but keeping some of the nice old spirit.
All was good! Was not a problem for me, but there are narrow steep stairs.
