The staff, location and size. Value for money at such late notice.
The bed was extremely squeaky. Every time I moved it made a terrible noise. The lights reset every time the keycard was taken out. The TV remote was not working properly. I had to pay for a late check-out (1 hour extra)

Size of the room
They didn't give enough sugar everytime I wanted a coffee so had to buy a small bag off sugar

Fantastic location as we were going out on Canal Street. Several reception staff changes during our brief stay but all of them were polite, friendly and very helpful. Accessing the room after hours was straight forward. We had a room downstairs below street level and we didn't hear much noise from nightlife, can't speak for rooms on the upper levels though. Very clean and well layed out suite.

Good location.
Tiny rooms, not in the best of shape, was very noisy during the night on a Saturday. Very expensive for what it is.
