Location, view, breakfast
Beds were stiff and the pillows deflated as soon as your head hit them so sleeping was a little uncomfortable and the blankets were very thin for the location

Lovely facilities in a nice wooded mountain setting with a lake and fairly close to all the good that the city of Hendersonville has to offer

fits my entire definition of peace and quiet, extremely hospitable.
no major complaints! perhaps another microwave on the 2nd floor if manageable and maybe small maintenance / security staff to ensure safety

The compound, with it's trails.
The facility's HVAC SYSTEM was out, and had been for weeks - no heat. Only occupied rooms had an electric radiator-style space heater. The halls & common rooms were cold with night temps in the 30s. I feel they should've communicated that when or after I booked the place. They did give me a credit.
