The hotel very cozy, friendly staff, location in nice area of Dubai, room comfortable and clean.
they don't have privet beach as they advertise, though they send you walking to neighbor hotel to use their beach.

Checkin and checkout timing.. I have an early checkin however I reached at 5pm and the room was not ready! ( i called 10 mins before arrival and the reception told me the room will be ready in 5 mins) 30 mins extra waiting. And i got a room different than the one i booked but i didn’t bother myself. Then the next day they called me at 11:30 while i activated the DND sign and asked me that the hotel is expecting a high number of guests and i need to check out at 12noon. So i told her i will not leave now and tell the next guest to wait like i waited the day before! So they extended the checkout till 2pm. Anyway overall it’s a bad experience and not worth it and will never book again.
