We had a wonderful stay at voco Dubai and truly enjoyed our experience!
The hotel offered beautiful views, and we really appreciated the room upgrades, which made our stay even more special.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality and the kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We genuinely felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
We would especially like to recognize Tiana, May, and Joyce from the dining team. These three wonderful ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, cheerful, and always ready to help with genuine warmth and care. Their smiles and thoughtful service made our dining experience much more enjoyable.
Of course, the entire hotel team deserves appreciation for their excellent hospitality, but Tiana, May, and Joyce particularly stood out because of the personal attention and kindness they showed us.
We truly enjoyed our time at voco Dubai and left with beautiful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!
Overall, we had a very positive experience. The only area we feel could be improved is the food variety, particularly for lunch and dinner.
We would have loved to see a wider selection of dishes and more variety in the menus, especially for guests staying several nights.
A more diverse and regularly updated menu would make the dining experience even better.
Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay!
