You could be me!! Avoid this place. It was dirty, moldy, and old.

Nothing - Avoid this place, for the same money, get the hotel in Birmingham. It was horrible, dirty, moldy, old and disappointing. Felt like being punished to be there. Booked for 5 nights, and checked out after one night!! Still didn't get the refund!

I booked for 5 nights and checked out after the first night, still didn't get my refund. I was honestly shocked by the condition of the apartment. It was nothing like what I expected from the listing. - The place was dirty everywhere, with mold clearly visible around the apartment — a serious health risk that made my allergies worse. - There was pet hair and human hair all over the floors and furniture, and it felt like the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. - A medicine tablet on the floor, which could be any type of drug - The bathroom smelled terrible. - The closet had a missing door, the mirror was damaged. - Although the listing showed dining chairs, there were none — not even a place to sit and eat properly. To make things worse, the front door lock to the building was broken. A neighbour had to call me from outside because he couldn’t get in. When I left, the front door was still unlocked — which felt extremely unsafe, especially in Birmingham. The property only offered a 10% discount and sent someone to clean, but the problems were clearly much deeper than poor cleaning. It was obvious the apartment had been neglected for a long time. I had no choice but to check out early for my health and safety. Even after I checked out early, the property refused to refund me for the unused nights. Booking.com didn’t offer any real help either, and I ended up having to escalate the case through my bank and authorities by myself. This was honestly one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I’ve ever had with accommodation. I would not stay here again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this property too.

In a central location. Has the basic requirements needed if you want self-catering and the use of a personal bathroom. It is located near to a Tesco.

I couldn't operate the TV. There is no lift to the floors, so travel light. Can be noisy during the early hours of the night. I wondered who was responsible for keeping the hallway and landing tidy and presentable. Who cleans the windows? Would stay there again, but only for short stays.
