The location was great for us to be able to get to the various events at the Commonwealth Games.
The host was quick to reply to queries.
The sofa beds were comfortable.
The front door to the building was often left open :(
The bathroom was a bit tired but fully functional - we were told that it is getting an upgrade soon.

Great location just a 10 minute walk from the station. Did exactly what was needed and the sofa beds were comfier than we expected. Host had great communication from pre-arrival with all visiting instructions

Washing machine. The location suited me for access to Birmingham Snow Hill Station. General locale was very nice
Dead inside plants, very narrow walk-in shower, cutlery severely depleted (no large spoons for breakfast cereal), kitchen drawers broken, only used the microwave. Cheap and very low couches. Advised only the day before that there was no internet. No access to free to air tv but Netflix was available. Pretty run down apartment, but it worked for me mostly.
