I got upgraded for free to a better room, which was a very nice surprise. The room was pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The staff was super friendly and nice. The location was pretty convenient, with a 10 min walk to the bus going to the airport and a 30 min walk to the train station.
The room could get a little noisy as you could hear people walking/talking in the hallway and in the yard.

Very convenient location on a quiet street but also close to the railway station and city centre. Receptionist was friendly and check in was very quick and easy. Room was clean but very basic.
No kettle in the room. Or TV. The heater was on the wall furthest from the bed and the room took a long while to warm up (the temperature outside was -9). The stairs up to the room were very steep.
