Nice room, very central location
No staff, no reception, accomm runs on self service with call centre back up. The sound of the metro trains running under the hotel could be heard.

A strategic location, a clean and decent hotel. The rooms facing Dacia Boulevard benefit from much better soundproofing than other rooms and their facilities are in line with those of a 3* hotel.
Not all the rooms are of the same standard. Those facing Catargiu Boulevard are not sufficiently soundproofed and their facilities are basic, appropriate for a 2* hotel.

! no reception; nobody at the reception desk, difficulties getting the "pass code" to open the entrance hotel door, room door, etc.no room service, no cleaning for almost a week, where are the hotel employees? finally got our code by phone calling a number not sure to whom it belongs to?! otherwise great rooms, great location

Location.
Comfortable clean room.
No staff, consequential lack of security. Any dodgy character can tailgate a guest in through the street entrance door and no one can stop them.
No shower curtain, water everywhere.
Requested changed of dates for erroneous duplicate booking, got the run around.
