Location was very good, close to Lafayette Park and very good for public transport. Staff was very helpful.
Washinh machine was atrocious. I cant beleive it is GE product. Its washer and dryer timer was faulty and therefore I had to run for 4-5 hrs. This was very painful.

I loved having my own little hideout where I could simply live. Fun to cook breakfast there, and hangout. Very convenient location for parks, bus route, and Fillmore St shopping.
The cookware needs updating.

The idea of an autonomous studio flat is great - if implemented with some care for your customers
Central heating was not working in one of the two studios we took.
One of the electric heaters we tried as a backup, was not working and was replaced with another one that was also not working.
The washing machine in one of the studios was not working (the same thing happened also last time I stayed here a few months back).
