Very clean and the staff were very welcoming
The heating in the room turned off every time we left the room and it took some time to reheat the room each time we returned
Friends of our stayed using points and were given a complimentary small bottle of wine and we paid $550 for each of the nights we stayed and didn’t receive any complimentary wine.

The room was in the heritage section and was just gorgeous. It had character. It was a huge room for 4 people . The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely go for breakfast the next morning.
