Decent hotel, rooms are clean, got all the equipment/facility we want. Also has a chocolate tasting afternoon tea event, free chocolate dessert in the afternoon.
the parking service can be improved. We got 2 cars and they keep only getting us 1 car at a time unless we ask them to check the other car again.

Breakfast was delicious. The chocolate hour looked and sounded delicious.
Coffee machine in room leaked. The coffee machine makes tiny coffees and you have giant cups. I think the mini bar items are missing an amazing opportunity to showcase all local high quality products. I had to find room service after waiting an hour for delivery of food in-house.
