The rooms were great! Large, full of light, clean, and very comfortable.
The common areas were unkept, and there was often no-one in the dining room even during breakfast hours. The room wasn't made up even though requested (and we made sure to hang the sign) and the milk provided for coffee was expired. (Some by a few months!)

The value for money
The spa went for 5 minutes then had a 25 minute wait before restarting. The outdoor furniture was dirty.

Reception and complex was closed when we arrived. Message and key arrangements were in place. Had some difficulty locating the room so the manager came down to assist. Beautiful room with a fabulous view of grazing kangaroos in the early evening.
Shame the complex was closed.

The staff are great. The location is good.
The beds were terrible. The single bed looked like a bow. Couldn't sleep on it without getting a back acne. The double not as bad but not great.
The bathroom was clean but old and tired. No exhaust or windows.
