Good location (includes walking uphill to reach it but is accessible by car), good breakfast, lovely and helpful staff
I had a great room with a balcony but upon entering the room there was a strong smell of sewage. The smell never went away fully during my 5 day stay. It went away when I opened the balcony door and ran the AC but would come back again.

Excellent location in downtown Lisbon, and surprisingly quiet
Hot water was intermittent and not available when I wanted to shower at about 8.30am

Memoria in Lisbon was such a quiet and restful place to stay in. We had a lovely spacious room and enjoyed the stylish decor along with the original tiling, staircases on the lower floors including the breakfast room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were plentiful, varied and delicious and knowing there was coffee/tea/cake to come back to late afternoon was a bonus. We hadn’t realised how central the hotel was until staying there. Walkable distance from the lift up towards the castle, tram 28, the main square on the storefront, the metro, and Rossi train station. Would easily return.
Not a lot, we had a great stay.
