We had a wonderful stay at Hotel da Baixa. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been to Europe numerous times and this was definitely one of the better hotels.
Staff - personable, attentive and prompt
Room - spacious, fresh, updated, and clean (one issue was the AC fan vibrated all night but that happens the issue will be whether they fix it)
Restaurant - really good much better than I expected for a hotel

This is a beautiful hotel and centrally located so walking to everything was very easy. Staff was very professional, efficient and kind as well. The hotel arranged for a car service to get us from and to the airport and were very communicative during the process. I would definitely stay here again.
