very welcoming staff opening taxi doors hotel entrance door nisa very friendly & laid on a cake & birthday welcome for my princess—very plush room pool area very scenic breakfast area & breakfast staff great !
needed coffee on demand at breakfast instead of having to order it ? location a bit of a trek to beach road but not a deal breaker !

The hotel cleanliness was outstanding. The Pool and Bar area on the top floor was beautiful and even more amazing at night.
Nisa and all the staff very welcoming and always attentive and made everyone feel special. Premier service levels.
There wasn’t anything about the hotel I didn’t like.

I’ve stayed here many times before over the past 6 years. ALL the staff are excellent, they are all extremely polite and helpful.
The location is just right, far enough away from the noise of the night life, but at the same time close enough to enjoy everything.
Great amenities within the room.
If you’re thinking about not booking the breakfast option, that will be a mistake, breakfast is extremely good, book the hotel with the breakfast option, you will not regret it.
Nisa has everything under control, if you have any issues just speak to Nisa and she will help you.
If you have to complain about this hotel, there’s nothing that will ever please you.
All good.
