The staff in the Rock Royalty lounge were amazing, I cannot thank them enough (Wine and Rose were brilliant). The hotel is very clean and modern. All the staff were so friendly. The view from the sea view rooms is breathtaking.
The gym needs more modern equipment, it is looking a little old compared to the rest of the hotel.

The 3rd floor đ it smells of damp and asking to book us a taxi to Bangkok and trying to charge us 3000.200 where if you book yourself itâs only 2000. And a uber. Was 1000.700 hard rock let themselves down there trying to make money to book you a taxi đ
