Perfect for 2 nights- they had parking - a large balcony over looking the beautiful lake- room was very clean. You can walk right into the lake from property which despite the lake being 60 degrees, my husband still went for a swim!
Nothing- it had exactly what we needed for our 2 nights.

Location cannot be beat! Views of the lake and town are spectacular. The property seems newly redone and is beautiful, clean and very functional.
Just a little challenging to find as you drive back in a neighborhood between houses. But that isn’t really a negative as it is quiet.

Greeted with amazing customer service. Organised a special bottle of wine for arrival which was put together with fresh flowers from the garden.

The best thing is unquestionably the view from the terrace and how peaceful it is to look over the lake.
The location is quite far from the Hallstatt ferry and main part of Hallstatt with the restaurants and shops. If you don’t have a car, you have to drag your luggage for about 20 minutes to get to this location, so in the future I would opt for the Heritage Hotel or another that also has the great views but is much closer to the ferry. Some other hotels also had options for the hotel to bring your luggage to the property from the ferry but Boutiquestrand did not. Lastly, the reception hours are very spotty so it’s often difficult to find someone to ask questions etc and it is more convenient to have the 24-hour reception desk that some other properties have in the area.
