A lovely hotel with friendly staff located not far from the airport. Good restaurants and a laundry nearby.
Staff were helpful and friendly and the onsite restaurant served lovely meals.
We were very happy with everything at this hotel.

The room price includes breakfast which is nice. Ot is good if you have a party of 3 or 4. It is relatively near the airport. So it is good if you have an early flight. There are plenty of restaurants but they mostly serve muslim food.
If you are looking for non muslim food, you have to go to an area called IJM which is about 19 minutes away. When you check in the hotel will give you one key card. You can request 2 key cards but if you lose any of the key cards the hotel will charge you for the missing key cards. The hotel is far from Sandakan down town and at around 1.00pm when morning school ends, it traffic can be quite heavy.
