Small but everything you need. Extremely convenient location. The owner is also super helpful and his dog is super cute!
There was some scaffolding outside of the apartment and was blocking the entry but that was not fault of the owner.

The location was excellent. The building is obviously very old so high expectations in the facilities are unreasonable. It's rustic and that's part of the charm.. Really good WiFi speed.
The pillows really need updating.
